Our classes are taught by Laura Arévalo (Lalu), the owner and founder, or one of her carefully selected partner teachers. Rest assured, all teachers are personally trained by Lalu and bring over 5 years of teaching experience. Lalu herself supervises every class to ensure the highest quality learning experience.

The minimum number of classes a student agrees to is four sessions per month. Each session lasts one hour.

About Class Cancellations:
Last-minute cancellations will be charged as a full class, at 100% of the price.
Please note that the space is reserved for the student. Therefore, if a cancellation occurs, the teacher is unable to use that time for another class or activity.
However, cancellations due to emergencies, health issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances will not be charged.
Confirmations and coordination of classes:
NOTE: If the student has a monthly or bimonthly package, an extension of approximately 15-20 days will be given to make up for the canceled classes or to complete the remaining classes. (Students DO NOT have unlimited time to finish the package.)
If the student goes on vacation, they will have one month to resume their lessons. After this period, the teacher reserves the right to terminate the service.
The first class is a full, structured lesson.
During this initial session, we do conduct a diagnostic assessment, but in a natural way—while progressing through the content. This allows us to understand the student’s level, strengths, and areas to work on, without it feeling like a test.
It’s a thoughtfully designed class, with real-life activities and clear objectives. That way, we ensure a personalized experience from day one.
