Tomar clases en Lalu Speaks ha sido una experiencia increíble. No solo he mejorado mi inglés, sino que también he ganado mucha más seguridad para comunicarme en otro idioma. I found Lalu on TikTok and it was the greatest gift to my Spanish speaking journey. I had zero Spanish under my belt when I began. In January it’ll mark one year with Lalu and her team and I’ve come such a long way! I take both private classes and am enrolled in LaluSpeaks and truly look forward to each and every lesson. Who knew language learning could be so much fun! Lalu and her team are energetic and excited to get you engaged in your Spanish language learning! They’ve got a student for life in me 🥰

Recomiendo totalmente las clases privadas de inglés con Laura y el club conversacional. Llegué a ella a través de un compañero de trabajo y fue una excelente recomendación. Laura es muy paciente, explica con claridad y crea un ambiente cómodo que te da confianza para hablar sin miedo. Sus clases son dinámicas, prácticas y muy bien estructuradas.

My experience with Lalu Speaks has been amazing. The personalized classes are tailored exactly to your needs and goals, which makes learning English much more effective. The conversational club is a great complement because it helps you gain confidence, practice in real-life situations, and improve fluency naturally. Hi, my name is Angie and I’ve taken several courses with Lalu. I’ve taken online English classes, I’ve been at the language meetings and she helped me completed my citizenship application. I’m currently taking one of her English courses with Professor Cesar. I like it because the classes are very dynamic. I’m easily distracted and get bored quickly, but because they’re so dynamic and fun, I can pay more attention and concentrate better. I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in my language skills. Thanks, Lalu, and see you next year, teacher 👨🏫 Cesar 🫶 If you see errors in my grammar… that’s why I keep studying🤣🤣

Estoy muy feliz de haber entrado al Lalu Speak Reading Club. Este año, Lalu comenzó a motivarme a crear el hábito de la lectura, algo que no hacía desde hace más de 10 años, cuando fue la última vez que leí un libro completo. Ella me volvió a introducir a este maravilloso mundo y me encantó. En solo un mes ya he leído 11 libros. Actualmente estoy leyendo la saga From Blood and Ash y estoy completamente enamorada del género romantasy. Gracias, Lalu, por tan maravillosas recomendaciones y por inspirarme a volver a leer 📚✨

I’ve had the opportunity to experience the conversation club (my first club by the way) and it was AMAZING. I felt at home talking with Lalu and Julian and the other students. Make all the mistakes you want they will be patient and be supportive towards you. They make sure you’re comfortable so you can focus on learning and speaking. Highly recommended!

I participated in Lalu’s conversation club over the fall season and loved it! Lalu and the other teachers create a engaging and inclusive learning community, making it a safe space to learn and practice Spanish. It was also fun to get to know all the students from around the US with varying levels of Spanish and a love for language and culture!

I’ve participated in the skool platform, book club, and tutor sessions and I highly recommend all three. Each one is a little different but they provide an environment that is stress free where you can learn, make mistakes, and grow. Most importantly they are fun and this allows you to truly get immersed and not just learn the language but also understand the culture around it.

Que bendición encontrar Lalu y su equipo. Haber tenido la oportunidad crecer en comunidades (Skool / Club de Habla) siento mas confianza como si el español fuera mi idioma materna. Hago errores? Claro que si, pero yo siento como en casa cuando suceden. Andamos en fiestas, compartimos bochinches, nos apoyamos en nuestros altibajos…y mucho mas! Club de Habla y/o Skool me dio la oportunidad hacer amigos nuevos en el mismo camino, y a ustedes, también. Me muero pa la próxima temporada! Un Abrazo

Highly recommend Lalu’s conversation club and the Skool platform. I have participated in both and love both options. Skool gives you a more hands on, curriculum approach while the conversation club allows you simply conversate and make mistakes. Both great options that I am sure will help improve your Spanish.

I loved to be in the conversation club because that was super important to improve my English. It was important but also it was fun, the classes have many dynamic tools to learn. Additionally, we talk about many everyday topics that are very very important to travel, to work or just to spend time with just friends. I’m waiting for the next club. ❤

I cannot recommend Lalu’s Spanish conversational club enough!! This class reignited my love for the culture and community that comes along with learning a language. Not only is Lalu patient and knowledgeable, but she manages to create a fun, supportive environment over Zoom – which is such a hard task. One of my favorite parts were the guest speakers that she brought in, which helped us to hear different accents and learn about different parts of the world. And, as a bonus, I feel like I made friends through this class that I can continue practicing with and staying in touch. 100% recommend.

I was a part of Lalu’s Spanish conversation club and it exceeded my expectations. She is such a delightful teacher. Every week we had a new theme and there was a great balance between conversing and learning new vocabulary/topics. She’s also become a friend along the way. I’m already signed up for the next club and can’t wait for it to start
